Visit cards, thermal labels and after-visit summaries on paper.

Rules

  • Ink on paper at AAA in every theme; never colour alone.
  • The card is 85.6 × 53.98 mm with a QR of at least 22 mm and a 4-module quiet zone.
  • Instructions and "not for emergencies" are printed in both languages.
  • Staff never see the QR or the code in clear; only the print station does.
